We’re available Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm, for all your blocked drain maintenance and emergency needs, with weekend emergency response available if required.
We don’t charge a call-out fee, and our first hour is a set, all-inclusive rate. That means the price you’re given on the phone is the price you’ll pay – no surprise add-ons, no weekend surcharges, no confusion. We endeavour to clear most blockages within the first hour. If your drain requires additional time, we’ll discuss your options and budget with you before continuing.
What to expect
When you complete the below form, one of our licensed plumbers will contact you to assess your blockage over the phone.
We’ll ask a few quick questions – such as the location of the issue, any symptoms you’ve noticed (like gurgling toilets or smelly drains), how long it’s been happening and the age of your home.
From there, we’ll provide an estimated cost and if you are happy to proceed, we’ll book your job in at a time that suits you.
On the day, one of our licensed plumbers will arrive with all of our specialised equipment, including a High-Pressure Drain Jetter, Sectional Drain Machine with various sized drain rods, CCTV Drain Camera Equipment and above-ground locating equipment. Upon arrival, we will locate the blockage, clear your drain, and inspect the drain to determine the cause of blockage. We will then be able to advise on any long-term repairs required if damage in the drain has been identified.
